Seasonal & local

Our blackboard menu is based on seasonal, local, and fresh ingredients. We believe that using fresh and locally sourced produce provides our guests with the best and most authentic dining experience. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and therefore prepare everything from scratch – because our guests deserve the very best when they choose to visit us.

We also believe that using seasonal ingredients made available by nature’s pantry is better for the environment and our planet. By choosing local resources, we help reduce unnecessary transportation and thereby lower CO₂ emissions.

A large proportion of our meat and vegetables come from producers in Northern Jutland. We support free-range animals that are raised under the very best conditions.

Whenever possible, we make use of the resources offered by the beautiful Bangsbo area. Therefore, we personally gather berries, herbs, mushrooms, fruits, and other ingredients from the surrounding forests.

We know there is still a long way to go, but every day we strive to make conscious decisions regarding the use and consumption of resources that can make a positive difference for our environment and planet.
