Seasonal & local

Our blackboard menu is based on seasonal, local and fresh ingredients. We believe it gives our guests the best and most authentic dining experience when we use fresh and local ingredients. We are proud of our craftsmanship and therefore make everything from scratch - our guests deserve the best when they choose to visit us.

We also believe that it is better for the environment and our planet when we use seasonal ingredients, which are made available by nature's pantry. When we choose to use local resources, we also choose to say no to unnecessary transport and thus reduce CO2 emissions.

A large part of our meat and vegetables come from producers in North Jutland. We support organic farming and free-range animals that live under the very best conditions.

We make use of the resources that our beautiful Bangsbo area offers as much as possible; that is why we pick berries, herbs, mushrooms and fruits, etc. ourselves in the forest around us.

We know there is still a long way to go, but every day we try to make decisions in terms of choices and consumption of our resources that can make a difference for our environment and planet.

When you eat with us, you will not only get a meal prepared with love and respect for the craft, but also a meal where sustainability and green choices have been thought about.
